When you place an order for personalised jewellery it is handmade in our studio by our team. We kindly ask that you allow between 7-20 working days for your personalised jewellery to be made. Once your jewellery has been created it will be gift wrapped and on it's way!
To care for your jewellery and ensure your jewellery lasts a long time we recommend customers remove their jewellery before exercising, showering and swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, chemicals, bleach etc. When not wearing your jewellery store it in a cool, dark, dry place.Clean your jewellery by gently buffing with a dry cloth.
Lucky Eleven jewellery is made using high quality metals only - 925 sterling silver, real 14k and 18k gold and stainless steel. We work with durable and hypoallergenic materials to create our pieces. You can find the metals used to create each piece under the 'product description' tab on any product page.
Lots of our jewellery is water safe (e.g. can be worn in water without fading/tarnishing)! Check the description under any product to check if a piece is considered waterproof.
